How it works:

Contact us first to confirm the repair issue and get an estimated quote.

Ship your drone to our Hong Kong or Shenzhen repair center (shipping costs are your responsibility).

Our technicians inspect the drone and provide a final diagnosis and repair cost.

If you agree, we proceed with the repair.

Once repaired, we ship the drone back to you (return shipping also at your cost).
Important notes:

We do not offer remote repair or software calibration support.

Repair fees vary depending on the issue and parts required.

If the drone cannot be repaired, no repair fee will be charged (return shipping still applies).

Please unbind your DJI account before sending the drone.
