📦Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations

We strategically route orders based on inventory availability and your location to optimize delivery times:

  • 🇺🇸 Ship from U.S. Warehouse (Only available for US Buyers): Limited VIP US Stock (3-5 Days - Contact Support).

  • 🇨🇳 Ship from China Headquarters: Access our complete, unlimited catalog of original products and accessories. Orders are processed rapidly from our primary fulfillment center in SHENZHEN / HONG KONG.(10-15 Days - Contact Support).

Customs and Duties:

  • 🦅 U.S. Buyers (All-Inclusive Pricing): We offer a completely tax-free and tariff-free experience for our customers in the United States. The price you see on our website is the final amount you pay. We cover all import duties, and unlike other major marketplaces, our prices already include applicable state sales taxes.
  • 🌐 International Buyers (Outside the U.S.): For deliveries outside of the United States, orders may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, or VAT upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

🔄 Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Conditions:

  • ✅ Items must be requested for return within 30 days of receipt

  • ✅ Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • ✅ Order number and return reason must be provided

Non-Returnable Items:

  • ❌ Electronic parts that have been installed, calibrated, or used

  • ❌ Damage caused by improper installation

  • ❌ Final sale / clearance items

Refund Process:

  1. Contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA)

  2. Ship the item back to the designated address (return shipping cost is borne by the buyer, unless the item is defective)

  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund within 7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and typically take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

Before initiating a return for a suspected defect, we encourage you to utilize our specialized support:
